taken from forum sebelah...
now i know why industrial zone selalu sangat jem... sebab tak amek resource yang wujud disekitar bandar... kalau kite tak gali resource maka terpaksa import... bile factory import bahan mentah so berduyun duyunlah lori datang hantar barang... kalau kite ade buat forestry or mining or farm boleh kurangkan traffic jem sebab tak banyak lori datang masok... lori tak banyak masok sebab dah kurang import guna bahan sendiri... plus boleh datang extra income tuk export...
aku before this buat policy kenderaan berat dilarang masok kawasan perumahan... ends up aku punyer industrial zone macam siput trafik lol...
since aku punyer bandar demand in industry tgh mencanak naek... so aku stop buat office for temporary... nak buat specialized industry dikawasan sekitar...
currently aku just bulldoze kilang kilang bangunkan office... ye la sebab aku set tax tuk bangunan office lagi tinggi dari kilang lol... also industry aku semuanya generic xde specialized pon lol...
speaking of taxes... korang set tax berapa banyak?? macam aku low residental, low commercial and kilang dalam 12% je... while high residental, high commercial and office aku set 15%... cume ade satu district je aku buat policy 2% off tuk bangunan office sebab diaorang tak boleh nak bayar tax 15%... district laen sume 15% takde masalah... maybe malam neh aku nak kasi up tax jadi 16% or 17% tgk ape reaksi diaorang lol...

news....
Cities: Skylines is being pirated, but Paradox isn't worried
Cities: Skylines is being pirated, but Paradox Interactive isn't panicking. Instead, the publisher will continue to support the game, thus making the Steam version more attractive than any unpatchable and unmoddable pirated version could ever be.
Taking to Twitter, Paradox's Sham Jorjani made a case for post-launch support being the best discouragement for pirates. Noting a steep 16 per cent increase in pirated copies of the game, Jorjani Tweeted that "our plan for pirates is to make a great game even better through free updates - making it more convenient to use Steam instead."
"It's all about offering the superior service," he added. "That's how we bring down piracy. By making the paid experience a superior one."
Jorjani went on to name Netflix as an example of convenience trumping piracy in the digital age. Meanwhile, Paradox's quick rollout of Magicka updates – 14 in 13 days – meant that users preferred to actually pay for the game and get auto-updates, rather than manually download the game each time the studio patched it.
To put it simply: ongoing content rollouts and mod support is a better way to combat piracy than DRM.
"Or....we could build our own ecosystem," Jorjani joked. "Call it....P-play....or...Plorigins...or P-vapor or somesuch...yeah let's do that."
Cities: Skylines has already attracted a massive audience: modders have already added a first-person mode, while one dedicated player has recreated Los Santos.
bagi aku, yang thrillnya game ni adalah part ko nak susun balik bandar bila mendapati trafik jem dan jugak orang yang terpaksa commute jauh/lama untuk pergi balik keje
jalan yang sebelomnya 2 lane, up jadi 6 lane (tapi macam senang sangat)
dalam game ni ada subway tak? masa zaman sim dulu, aku amek masa bertahun tahun nak siapkan projek subway aku dulu hahaha
kadang2 realism sangat, apsal kubur takboleh nak demolish baru nak upgrade road kat situ sebanyak 4 lane.
kubur dia macam tempat pembuangan sampah... ko nak kena kosongkan baru boleh demolish... kalau nak cepat ko kena bina crematorium... sama seperti sampah... nak cepat kosongkan bina incinerator...
