A neighbor's video of an unidentified couple having sex on their balcony in Kuala Lumpur has gone viral and sparked controversy online. The couple was filmed for half an hour during their lovemaking session in broad daylight.

If they are identified, the couple might face charges of indecent exposure or for oral copulation, which is illegal in Malaysia. But in a surprising twist, the neighbor who filmed them might face criminal charges for distributing pornographic material, which is also illegal in Malaysia

PETALING JAYA: The individual who videotaped a couple having sex on their apartment balcony is now in trouble for the possession of pornographic material.
The filmmaker had captured the sex act — which lasted 30 minutes — in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
ACP Muhammad Azlee has advised the public to stop circulating it. He said the police may consider bringing the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) on board to block it from being spread on social media.

KUALA LUMPUR: Seorang kakitangan pembersihan di pangsapuri Bangsar Selatan di mana beberapa aksi ‘balkoni seks’ difilemkan baru-baru ini mengatakan bahawa ia adalah perkara biasa bagi pasangan untuk melakukan hubungan seks secara terbuka.

Kakitangan tanpa nama berkata apartmen sebahagian besarnya diduduki oleh orang asing yang “sentiasa melakukannya di tempat terbuka dan untuk semua orang untuk melihat”.

Pekerja pembersihan itu telah sejak itu berhenti kerja selepas terlalu banyak pasangan melakukannya seperti arnab di kolam renang pada hujung minggu dan lewat malam.

“Ia menjijikkan kerana saya perlu membersihkannya selepas itu,” katanya yang dipetik oleh The Star Online sebagai berkata.
